Pricing

We try to ensure that all the prices shown on this website are accurate. However, occasionally products are miss-priced. Where a product's correct price is lower than the stated price we will issue a refund for the difference and despatch the order in the usual way. Where a product's correct price is higher than the stated price we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

Subject to Availability

All items included on the website are only available while stocks last. If an order is placed for an item that subsequently proves to be unavailable we will refund to your payment card all sums debited.

Customs and Duty

Goods for delivery outside the European Community may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient. You assume full responsibility for complying with any importation regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Refunds

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.

Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
Where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
We will not refund the cost of delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. We will also refund the cost of services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands (including any legal fees incurred in connection therewith) resulting from your misuse of our website or your breach of these terms and conditions. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, action or demand and will assist you as may be reasonably necessary providing you meet our costs and expenses (including our legal fees).
